The apple tasting results are in.... YELLOW wins!!

The children participated in an apple tasting activity yesterday.  They got to taste a piece of a Red Delicious, a Golden Delicious and a Granny Smith apple.  We explored the flavors, textures, colors, and sizes of this familiar fruit. Seven children voted for the Golden Delicious apple.  Even though their faces scrunched up while tasting the Granny Smith, six children voted for the green apple.  The children enjoyed watching our "Favorite Apple" graph change after each group of children had their turn to taste.  It was almost too close to call!
